The stream above the falls

The stream above the falls. Where you see the stream stop is where the falls begin. As you can see, this is a very uniform stream channel, and I wonder if it is really man-made.

Railroad grade above the falls The old railroad grade above the falls. I'm guessing this is a railroad grade. It's possible I could be mistaken. From where I stood as I took this photo, the stream is on my left about 10-15 feet off the gravel. This photo is taken looking upstream. At some point before the bend, the stream crosses under the grade through a culvert. From that point upwards, the stream is on the right-hand side of the grade.
